OUR SERVICES

Our care services specialise in providing high quality care to support individuals in their own homes. Our care packages include regular daily visits of up to six visits per day to support individuals with personal care, meal times and maintaining a safe environment. We are very happy to undertake irregular or small packages of care, providing occasional visits for companionship. Our flexible packages of care are customised around the specific needs of the individuals we support.

SUPPORTED LIVING

Supported living allows you to live independently and have control over how and when you receive support. Our supported living schemes are designed for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries or complex care needs.  We are passionate about delivering the best possible care and support

LIVE IN CARE 

Our service is fully managed, with all live-in carers employed directly by us – each accountable, trained and passionate about caring for others. All of our carers are trained to our high standards before administering care.

Our live-in care service is overseen by a number of experienced local live-in care managers. They ensure you are matched with a suitable live-in carer and liaises regularly with you and your family to make sure everything runs smoothly.

PALLIATIVE CARE

Live-in palliative care makes it possible for those with terminal illnesses to remain in the comfort of their own home, safe in the knowledge that they are looked after every step of the way. We work at your pace and with your individual care needs at the forefront of everything we do, to make sure that you live with the dignity and independence that you deserve. 

MENTAL DISABILITIES CARE

Receiving specialist home care in familiar surroundings can hugely improve the lives of people with mental health conditions. Our carers can help with  everyday tasks that give a reassuring routine in familiar surroundings.

RESPITE CARE

Home respite care is proven to have a positive effect on health and wellbeing .Our respite carers are directly employed by us and trained beyond industry standards to understand the complex needs of you as a client.

AGENCY SERVICES

We provide experienced, fully trained and friendly Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and Support Workers throughout the UK.

All our staff are DBS checked and references are required.

HEALTHCARE ASSISTANT

Our skilled carers will work together with you to acquire the knowledge required to deliver a bespoke person-centred care  that works.

LIVE IN CARERS

All of our carers are trained to very high standards before administering care. Our carers are supervised every three months and have annual appraisals together with ongoing training to include any specialist service user’s needs.

SUPPORT WORKERS

All  our support workers, regardless of experience, receive a comprehensive induction course which is bespoke to their role and previous experience of care provision.

NURSES 

We have registered nurses available to work at short notice. All our registered nurses are personally interviewed by a registered nurse and their credentials evidenced via the NMC employee checking service.  References are required, in addition to the DBS.
